Pain relief

Aswell as arthritis I have fibromyalgia...arthritis wide spread at different levels of severity in lower back…recently attacking my hands/knuckles/elbows…I'm sure it's in my knuckle/top spine…I can't take anti inflammatory & I'm really struggling. Any help advice would be great...I'm 52

@nedster I have osteoarthritis in both my hips i am currently taking tramadol(at night)/cocodamol during day along with naproxen. However, i started using a gel you apply directly to the joint that's affected, and it is drug free. It's called FlexiSeq max. I found its really helped me rest better at night taking away some of the discomfort. This may help you as you can't use anti inflammatory. Heat also helps alot!
