Knee Arhritis and Pseudogout
Hello, I'm new to this forum. Currently waiting for a referral to a Rheumatologist to confirm the above. Pain is manageable during the day but have suffered with night pain for the last three months which causes broken sleep. Currently trying acupuncture and considering buying a tens machine. Would be grateful for any tips on how to improve sleep and pain management during the night. Sorry for the long post!

Welcome to the online community - it’s certainly not a long post, and you’ve summed pretty well how challenging arthritic pain can be at night time. Acupuncture and tens machines have both got some good results in dealing with pain, and hopefully other members will suggest what works for them. When you’ve had your diagnosis confirmed, you can talk to your rheumatologist about medication that will help.
