How come most arthritic clothing has polyester products when....

Polyester as actually detrimental to arthritic sufferers?

Its properties may make you feel warmer for a while but then it builds up pain over weeks and months till the pains are insufferable.

Changing then to Cotton products relieves the symptoms within a week.

Polyester is not good for arthritic sufferers. Try it on yourselves. It's the same for everyone.

So, how come most arthritic clothing has polyester products?

BTW, The Bible says don't use manmade.

Hello @MrBee and welcome to the Online Community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that will be your experience as well.

This is the first time I have heard that polyester is bad for arthritis. Is this the result of studies? I would be interested to know.

In the meantime if you have any questions about arthritis, treatments or hints and tips then I would recommend a look at our website as we have lots of useful information. Or just ask a question on here and I am sure others will share their experiences.

    Best wishes

    Peter
