Seat height

I Amon the NHS list for a new hip, then hopefully a new knee, although who knows when🤷‍♀️

What is the recommended seat height following surgery?

    Depends on your height. no idea if its the same now but when i had my hip done 28 years ago the hospital sent out an occupational therapist to measure up stairs, chairs, handrails, grab handles.

    I cant post a link as they always get removed but google toilet seat raisers.

    Hello @Mommabear

    As @MrDJ said above, they will probably get occupational health involved when you have a date for your surgery and they will advise you on things like this. Hope you don't have to wait too long and that everything goes well for you.
