Hello, I'm Ann, I've just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both thumbs and the fingers and wrist on my left hand. I also have fibromyalgia and idiopathic chronic pain syndrome which were diagnosed over a decade ago.

I love to knit, crochet and cross stitch, I also play the flute. So to say my hand health is very important to me is an understatement. I'm here basically to touch base with other arthritis warriors and gain any hints and tips on managing.

Sorry to hear this, that is very annoying for you, especially when your hobbies are so "hands-on."
