I have been having a flair up now for 4 weeks

I am stable on my meds I normally do excersize most days to keep pain at bay

I have not been able to do this because all my joints and muscle hurts to point when hurts enough to make feel sick

Does any one have any tips to reduce pain no pain killers are helping

Hi @Terryb852 there are a couple of free programmes which might help but depends where you live as to availability.

Hi @Terryb852 nothings impossible, says he, knowing that overwheliming numbers of people are in pain.

Have you tried deliberately moving slower, around about breathing speed, its easier on the pain.

If you think moving slower will help, its worth watching a few videos about tai chi to get the hang of what to do.

    hi @Terryb852

Apologies if this doesn’t help. The things that have helped me in the past were oral steroids and warmth.

I hope you get sorted soon.

I wonder how you are @Terryb852 I know exactly what you mean when pain is so bad it makes you heave!

Up my sleeve for bad flares (I've had 6 week ones in teh past so understand) includes my trusty tens machine (I think my 3rd!) some MSN gel, a wheatbag you microwave or a gel ice pack whichever helps at teh time. I do always try my best to do my range of movement exercises too.

I take it you've spoken to 'someone'?

    Take care
