Hello I’m new here

I’ve just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis, I have neuropathy, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue.
it’s getting hard not knowing what to to to help myself. I’ve been offered injection in my knee. It’s all a bit scary x

I was just wondering how you were dong and whether you went ahead with the injection?

Being diagnosed with another long-term condition of what you already have going on is scary you ahve every right to feel overwhelmed by it all.
