hi everyone, i have only joined and saying hello, i have Oa in my back hips and knees and inflamed tendons on my buttocks which apparently is a side affect from my back 🤷‍♀️i am unable to take anti inflammatory meds or any other strong pain meds due to the stroke i had a cpl yrs ago which was caused by the long term use of pain meds for my OA

    I am with you there I had a TIA last year myself and oh how I miss my anti-inflammatories😕 woe is me!

  • I have been diagnosed with arthritis of the knees, left knee really painful at the moment, thank you for the welcome.
