Any help appreciated

Hello,

I have been on Yuflyma now for 6 weeks, initially I didn’t think I had any side effects (certainly nothing like I had on methotrexate) however my blood pressure is quite high at the minute and for the last 4-6 weeks I’ve been experiencing uncomfortable numbness and tingling down my left are which at times is unbearable. I have seen my GP about this but not in relation to the medication, more because I thought I had trapped a nerve in my neck, the medication they have given me doesn’t seem to be helping so I am now concerned it is related to the Yuflyma. I just wondered if anyone else has had anything similar to this and if I should be concerned.

Hi @clarebearboo and welcome to our online community!

I am not familiar with this drug however I do think it would be a good idea to contact your rheumatologist about this. I find GP's don't know enough about biologics etc so anytime I have a problem I just go straight to rheumatology for the best advice.

Hope it's nothing to worry about but better to be safe than sorry.
