What is the difference between 2x2 and 2x3 sulfasaline

I was just thinking as I am currently taking 2x2 tablets per day but i am still in pain could i up my dose to 3x2 tablets a day would difference could i expect

Hello  @Chillysock and welcome to the Community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that will be your experience as well.

Whilst I don't have any personal experience of sulfasalazine, I think it is important that you speak to your consultant before changing dosage of any of your medication. If you have not been taking your current dosage for very long you may not yet see an impact. The following from our website will help you gather some general information:
