Pregabilin
Has anyone experience of using this drug ? Looking for positive /negative/ experiences before I try it for knee arthritis

Pregablin yes there are and have been people here who are or have tried it I have done a search for you:
I presume you have already done some research yourself and have read this NHS information, but just in case I'll pop it in here:

I tried the older relative of pregablin (gabapentin) many years ago - probably over 20 years it didn't help but was the only medication I ever took which didn't give me any side effects at all.
They are both anti-epileptic medications or were originally, but for some can really help with neuropathic pains.
