Pain relief

Hi everyone, this is my first txt to this group. I would like to know what pain relief people find helpful, as I have tried various over a number of years I find it unbelievable in this day and age that I cannot find a medication to help me cope with oesteo arthritis . I have recently tried MST but my dose seems to be going up and up . Any advice would be much appreciated. TIA
