Osteoarthritis in lower spine

Hi Aĺl

I've just been told I have osteoarthritis in my lower spine, both hips as well as in my neck in four vertebrae 

Had an operation to remove my trapezium bone in left hand in 2022 also

I've been referred to Msk again for recent diagnosis and awaiting the phone appointment on Tuesday

Been offered amatryptaline at night but I'm not sure what to do

Can anyone advise me

    Hi

    I have arthritis in my lower spine where the pain have gone to my knees for 4 months. The knee X-ray showed very little arthritis in the knee so don’t know if it is sciatica related. Have you had a mri of lumber spine.
