Morning everyone how are you all feeling this morning,

I've just been diagnosed with advanced cervical spondylosis and in my spine too, I find mornings are most difficult for me , I feel for u all ...

I work as a community carer and although I have cut my hours down ,I am still struggling with neck pain and stiffness plus shoulder pain and arm pains too I get tingling in my head and headache too plus I can't control or hold myself when needed the toilet is this common???

    I hope you've told your Dr about the toilet issue? That can be important.

    I agree with Toni, make sure you're informing your doctor about these issues as they are important for them to know.

    While I have not had personal experience with these issues, it is very important to keep your healthcare team informed.
