I am Peter and suffer from arthritis,spina bifida stage 1 along with spondylitis and tendonitis in my left knee,it does stop me from my hobby aircraft spotting at times but I class myself as a fighter and carry on no matter what pains I have,I am 76 and never knew I had spina bifida stage one until I had an mri at 64years old

At the moment on the right side of my kneck between the base of the skull and my shoulders its stiff and painful when turn my head to my right I did try a heat collar and it seems to be working also voltarol cream anti inflamatory cream is there anything else I can do to eas the pains and stiffness thank you
