hi I’m Denise 67 year old lady with psoriatic arthritis and osteoarthritis been in soo much pain with right hand 🫱 had a steroid injection in January only worked for 4 days can’t really use my thumb now as the pain is bad has anyone had surgery to hand thanks

Small joint pain can be very challenging and it’s a shame the steroid injections didn’t last long. You might find this link useful - it talks about possible treatments for arthritis in the hand including surgery:
