Newly diagnosed with OA
Hi there,
Wanted to share my story of how I am here.Recently diagnosed with OA by rrheumatologist after being diagnosed with polymyalgia by my GP only diagnosed via blood & a reply from rheumatology dept. Was told i needed steroids for polymyalgia.
I insisted on an appointment to be referred to the rheumatology To have a genuine diagnosis.
And here I am Not PMR but OA
It's all new to me any pointers gratefully received.
Thank you 😊

Where abouts in your body does this affect - if you can be more specific other members will likely respond with their shared experiences.
Best wishes
