Hello, new to all the information out there and my head can't take it all in. I'm having hand problems I was diagnosed in late Feb OA early stages but in the last two weeks or so it seems have speed up.(Or that could be just me thinking it has ) I'm overwhelmed with what it is doing to me mentaly

I too have OA in my hands - some good days some not so good - have you been prescribed painkillers at all? If not go and see your GP to get some. Don't be fobbed off with buy paracetamol over the counter, you may need something stronger.

Thank you for Advice,will be checking GP have appointments 2 weeks I'll make them listen.
