Not been on for a while so i had a lumbar decompression in November 23 all good for a year...

Pins an needles in both legs pain in both buttocks though my hip had gone trouble walking sitting an sleeping cocodamol keep me just sane im struggerling at work Gardener i know worst job ha...

Had mri saw my surgeon ive got facet hypertrophy l4-l5 i have follow up appt on 15th next month as he was speaking to his team so my question is has ane one had a one level facet l4-l5 fusion did it work/time of work etc...

Aso ive read that radiofrequency ablation can help any one had this daone many thank's Peter...
