Hi, I fractured my spine last March, in two places, they fortunately have healed but I have since been diagnosed with degenerative arthritis and have osteopenia. My lower back is very painful and I'm using morphine patches which helps as long as I don't do anything! In the last week or two I've noticed pain in my fingers and I am wondering if it is arthritis, how can I tell and are there any exercises to alleviate the pain?
