hi all

I’m new here , was diagnosed with arthritis fibromyalgia and hyper mobility,

been struggling for years now to no avail

Been pain management, I eat healthy do lots self help,

But at my wits end so much pain I can’t even open a packet of crisp!
but x rays show only mild , feels so extreme to me .

Any help advice would be so much appreciated,

Always had very manual jobs I’m only 54 feels like I’m 90 🤣

Luckily I still have my sense of humour

Hugs

M

    Hello  @Brighteyes1

and welcome to the Community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that will be your experience as well.

I'm so sorry to hear about your pain and it looks like you are trying hard to deal with it. There is a section on our website that explains fibromyalgia and this may have some information to help.

Also, our community members will have vast experience so keep checking back here for their responses. In the meantime search recent posts to see various discussions that our members have had about fibromyalgia. Just click on the magnifying glass at top right and put fibromyalgia in.

Please keep posting now you are here and let us know how you are getting on.

    Best wishes

    Mary

Good that the arthritis is mild, and hope it stays that way. You've got enough to deal with, with the fibromyalgia and hypermobility. I hope you do find ways to be able to manage those better, and get the pain under better control.
