Hi @carmelmo
Are you on any PsA drugs? I'm on sulfasalazine, MTX and adalimumab and listed possible side effects of all three are a cough. I didn't know that until recently when I was put on a heart drug - Ramapril - after having a heart attack. It turns out the heart drug Ramapril has a very common known side effect of a cough which I developed. The cardiologist changed the drug to another which had it's own side effects and then a third. However I've still got the cough and my GP sent me for a chest x-ray on Tuesday to further investigate it.

Hello @carmelmo .
Welcome to the forum, it's great to have you here with us.
This symtom is worth mentioning to your GP/rheumy team for further investigation to rule out inflammation involving the lungs (which can be a factor of PsA).
All the best Joanne
