Hi

Im newly diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis, CFS and fibromyalgia.. I'm really fed up today because I had planned to go fishing but can't even get out of bed.

    Welcome back @Mhensh11

    It has been a while since you last posted and it sounds like a really difficult day today. Sitting calmly fishing is an inviting way to spend the day but it seems your body sadly has decided against it.

    If you go onto the Lets Move activities there are numbers of exercises that you can do from a sitting position that might just help you manage to become more mobile. Then making use of this beautiful sunshine you might get out for an hour or two.

    It's got lots of interesting info from what the condition is to managing symptoms, maybe something in there might help you.
