just saying hello as just joined, been struggling with my back and nerve issues since Dec 23 and now have knee pain, feeling very alone. Hoping to find some support here and nice to meet you all, I am Julie ☺️, in my late 50’s. Currently on dihydrocodeine, paracetamol and Pregabalin for pain relief. With Voltarol gel for my knee

    A very quick hello @julesholroyd from me. You have my sympathy with regards to your back sounds as though your Dr is supportive regarding pain relief at least. Not all of them are. I hope you'll keep posting😊
