Well that's a mouthfull..

So after my lumbar decompression in 2023 ive been ok but the last 6 months the pins an needles an severe pain in my left hip and buttocks...

Had a meds check with my quack ive been put on Amitriptyline 2 aday which has helped,had updated mri My surgeons first words never good news when they use your first name Peter your back is a complete mess ive got facet joint syndrome, so my question is any one had a TLIF done pro's an con's if any im a gardener by trade so on my feet alot many thank's Peter...
