Hi everyone I'm Tracey and new to this site I have osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis sleep apnea high blood pressure insulin dependant diabetes and epilepsy I am waiting for 2 new knees and a a gall bladder operation which I have been waiting for 3 years now due to my diabetes not being under control due to complications I am in severe pain constantly , I am on morphine patches 15mg and naproxen 500mg twice daily any ideas on pain relief that you are on that could help please

Hi @TracyAnn nice to meet you. Sounds like you would be in a lot of pain - the gallbladder alone would be enough!
I personally use a variety of things to help me from my tens to my microwaveable wheatbag. From gentle exercises (stretches mostly) to various gels msn and anti-inflammatory ones.
Hope other people have some ideas too.
Oh and distraction - coming on here, TV, jigsaws, reading etc really helps.

Hi @TracyAnn welcome to the online community.
You do have a lot going I can see why you are struggling with pain. @frogmorton has told you what she does maybe some of those are things you haven't tried.
Have you been on any of the courses for managing pain? Some of our members have been been referred to pain clinics with good results your GP can refer you. Others have been on the Nuffield pain management programme:
