I am waiting on getting more medication to hopefully work together with methotrexate once appointment comes through. Unfortunately in the meantime I have badly strained top of my leg and it seems my knee which is swollen with the arthritis flare so I have been taking co codomol. What do other members take to help with flares and pain? I do not really want to get reliant on strong painkillers. I cant take naproxen now which always worked on the pain because I am on blood thinners. Thank you for reading
