It's all up to you
Hi i have polyarthralgia ( osteoarthritis of multiple joints) im 55 and been suffering for past 7-8 yrs. What i have found is that medical intervention is a non starter, i am classed as too young for any surgery, been on many painkillers with either little or no effect and now have stomach condition due to anti inflammatory meds. I find physio has helped with stiffness, but not pain. But what really helps my mood is dancing ! I put on favourite music, in kitchen and gyrate away ! It really gives me a happy boost for the day ! Positive thoughts are the key rather than going down the rabbit hole of depression ! Hope this helps someone 😁

Good to hear that you have found something that helps you. Depending on where you live there are a couple of free programmes which might help, I've put the link in below.
and
in the meantime - keep on dancing.
Best wishes
