Just joined. I've been living with stage 2 osteoarthritis for 3 years now. I haven't felt pain, but my knee is very stiff like it's embedded in concrete. To alleviate or reduce the symptom I wear knee braces 24 hours a day. I need to use a cane even at home. I feel restricted in movement although I probably could go for a hobbling walk. It sometimes can be depressing. I don't think a Total Knee Replacement is the answer. In fact it could make it far worse. So I just need to live with this challenge. Anyone else have a similar experience?
