Cold Showers

I am waiting for a hip replacement and have recently started having a cold shower daily.

I think this is helping, does anyone else have any experience of this?

    Anything which helps has to be positive @Jeanne . I certainly find ice packs can help me so perhaps it is having a similar effect for you. Others prefer heat.

    I hope you won't have to wait too long for your surgery
