blood pressure medicarion affecting joint pain

I have chronic osteoarthritis in both knees. awaiting TKR. I have been trialling medication for high blood pressure since early March and feel. sure the pain has increased considerably. Feels like a compression sock around lower legs. I was changed from Amlodipine to Lisinopril to see if it helped but pain still really bad. Anyone else have experience of this?

Hello @Minty you really need to go back to your prescribing professional and say that the side effects seem to be getting worse. The specific side effects you seem to be having are not the usual ones, see
