Hyaluronic acid injections in knee joint
hi, I’m asking if anyone has found hyaluronic acid injections in the knee good for osteoarthritis. I had an injection which did nothing but not sure if this was the practitioner??. I’ve had a steroid injection by GP which has helped but NHS doesn’t offer hyaluronic acid injections. I’m happy to try again but just wondering if this is just a waste of money??
Thank you for any advice

Hello @MelD2203 and welcome to the Online Community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that will be your experience as well.
Have a look through the following from our website which I hope will help you
I would also recommend discussing this with your GP to make sure it will not interact with anything else you may be taking.
I hope you find something that works for you and helps with the pain.
Best wishes
Peter
