Anyone on adalimumab experiencing weight gain as a side effect?

Hello,

I have just started taking Adalimumab and was wondering what other people's experiences were (if any) with Adalimumab causing weight changes.

So far its early days with adalimumab for me but I have noticed a slight improvement already in stiffness in back. I am a little concerned about weight gain as a potential side effect though for personal health reasons.

Any insight into this would be very welcome 🙂.

Weight gain is not a recognized side effect of Adalimumab, but some patient experiences suggest that changes in weight can occur. Of course, that could be due to other reasons, so It will be interesting to hear if any of our members have experienced any weight changes while on the medication.
