Coffee and Osteoarthritis – Is There a Connection?
Hi everyone,
I recently came across some information suggesting that caffeine might play a role in the development or worsening of osteoarthritis. As a result, I’ve decided to give up coffee — or at least, I’m trying to. I was a heavy coffee drinker, so this has been a big change for me.
Interestingly, I used to wake up with significant joint pain, but after a few days without coffee (and tea), I noticed a slight decrease in pain levels. It might just be wishful thinking, but the change made me curious.Has anyone else experienced this? Or does anyone know more about how caffeine might affect arthritis or joint inflammation?Would love to hear your thoughts or any personal experiences.
