Can an ESA Letter Help with the Mental Health Impact of Living with Arthritis?
Living with chronic arthritis has taken a toll on my mental health—especially when it comes to anxiety and depression linked to constant pain and limited mobility. I recently came across RealESALetter, which offers emotional support animal letters for people dealing with mental health challenges. Has anyone with a similar condition used their service? I’m curious if having an ESA really helped emotionally, and whether the letter from this platform was accepted by housing providers. Would love to hear your experience!

Hello @harrisonowen
Welcome to the forum, it's great to have you here with us. Are you based in the USA? I looked at the Trustpilot website and the company is giving a USA address. It's not something I've come across myself, but someone else on the forum may well have done, so hopefully you will get some responses.
All the best Joanne
