OA/RA diet
Had OA for years, I now got RA, I'm vegetarian and I'm not sure what to do to help myself, I've calmed down on alcohol, I don't smoke, any tips.

Hi @Chris2Palmer nice to meet you. I think Versus Arthritis talks a lot about the mediterranean diet.
I am myself vegan and actively promote a diverse gut microbiome. True or not I believe the gut is the biggest part of our immune system. I also dodge processed well 'ultra' processed foods. I do the 30 a week ded easily I have usually eaten 30 different fruits/veg/nuts/pulses etc by wednesday.
