Hello 👋 my name is Sandra. I've had rheumatoid arthritis in all of my joints since the age of 3 and I am 60 next Saturday. I find every day a struggle with fatigue and I work full time. I had a hip replacement in 2021 and since then have lost any confidence I had and I suffer from anxiety. When I go out I think people are staring at me. I know I'm not alone that's why I've joined this group.

hi @Grovesey and welcome to the online community, it’s great to have you here! I’m sorry to hear that you’re struggling with anxiety at the moment but I can definitely assure you that you are not alone in feeling like that - I personally struggle quite a bit with anxiety and I know others here do as well.
