    Hi Chrisov

Sorry to hear things are not so good. Am in bed myself and having a bit of a flare. They had to stop my drugs because of chest infection post op and now is pay back time! I have had my first sulfa this morning though and will have some methotrexate tomorrow for the first time in 3 weeks.

Hang on in there, we'll come out the other side eventually!!!

    Hello Chrisov
I am so sorry to hear you are feeling so awful. You just rest up and keep taking the tablets.
I have no advice to give you - you know what's best anyway :(
But I do send my best wishes and hope that you feel better sooner rather than later.
    Take care

    Hi Chrisov

Sorry to hear you aren't feeling too great. I think you're not alone, there's a few folks suffering, possibly the damp weather we are having, who knows. Maybe your new hip is giving you jip as it's still sore from the op, it's not had too much time to recover has it.

I went to bed with a hot water bottle last night and placed it on my various painful parts, it did help a little.

Take it easy, rest up and hopefully it will get easier. Sending you hugs ((((( )))))

    Hello Noeltone

Just had a look in before I turn in and noticed that you are suffering. Poor you. Commiserate with the hip pain. Can really sympathise with you there. I am trying to convince myself that it is all referred pain from the chiropractioner, but she has been away for the last 10 days. Having session tomorrow.
What more can I say that no one else hasn't. Just rest as much as you can and hope everything will feel a bit easier tomorrow. When do you see your consultant next?
I don't see mine until Early Feb. As usual, forgotten exact date so shall have to ring up. So so much happening just lately.
Hope you get a good night and hope to hear that you have come through this flare up ok.

    Hi there.

Glad you have seen your consultant and lets hope Naproxen will help. I have just read up on this and do not think it would be safe for me to be put on this.
As I have diverticulitis and other probs I think this will be a no no.
I can't take Amitytriptiline or similar either as I have had really bad reactions in the past.
I have just come back from my Chiropractitioner where she worked really hard with my hips (oa and bursitis), so shall be slowly recovering from that before the next session on Friday and inbetween all that I have had phone call from hospital asking me to go in tomorrow for the colonoscopy (not endoscopy) test which was delayed a week or two ago.
So I shall be a bit battered andbruised for the next week or two. If they do find polyps, then that can account for 50% of the back ache I have been experiencing.
Perhaps there is light at the end of the tunnel. Good luck Cristov, hope you feel really better soon.

    Joy
