what next

hi all well what can happen now have got grade3 osto of left knee in the 3 compartments and know with out a dout right knee is the same ,have had an arterscopy and wash out no better , told to get some physio as am too young for a knee replacement , but when they are both giving way and cramping up morning noon and night comments like that are very depressing . Thank fully i have a wonderful physio and with her help i am now going for a referel to a diffrent hospital that has a better attitude to age . any thought on dealing with the cramp would be a help , hubby is very good at fetching allsorts in the early hours . x x
