TKR update

Hi All,

Well I've had it done, my TKR was completed last Tuesday and I came home on Saturday so not bad going. I'm very sore and realy struggling with the axercises and getting very frustrated with them. A the moment I'm in a kind of "was it worth it" phase but I hope this will pass. I did manage to put my attractive stockings on myself this morning which was an achievement. I'm also going to my little boys nativity play this afternoon - I'm trying not to think about the brief but painful car journey to come - so that's something to look forward to and is quite a "normal" activity which seems strange at the moment.

Anyway when I can get back on again I'll update you further.

So glad you've had it doen - even though you may be 'regretting' it at the moment! It will be worth it in the end I'm certain
Going to the nativity play will be wonderful therapy for you - far better than any painkillers and excercises!!!
