Hello - Firstly so sorry I can't find a link - Maybe one of the mods could help there (ARC is one of the Telegraphs charities this year). Lady saying how long it took before being diagnosed, with OA. Found the article had great resonance to me.
Goes on to describe being involved with pain management scheme, which I will look into. Well worth reading.
