Hi
Have been taking this for over two months and it has brought on heavy diarrhoea. I have been told to stop it and could be off until after xmas. I am really worried about coping without it and what lays in store! My gp has given me codine and hopefully that will help.

Also i have heard that i should avoid citrus foods. Any ideas?

Poor you! How awful - the squirts are not good for you long term is suppose
I hope you get on ok with the codeine and you have alll my sympathy
