I don't cope with it very well at all to be honest.

The garden's a mess; the house is a mess too.

If I have a nap during the day I don't sleep too well at night so I try to keep going.

    Just so tired.

They say 'pace yourself', but I'm not good at that and on a good day try to do as much as I can  then suffer the next few days. My house is a tip too, I'm glad I'm not the only one  It doesnt help that at the moment my husband has a cough & cold, and although he seems to sleep, I lie awake waiting for him to cough :!: Love Sue
