I went to the Orthotic dept. today to see about a knee support following a discussion with my physio. I thought it would be a simple velcro job but instead I have to have a brace! The ligaments are very loose around the knee which is resulting in too much movement of the kneecap, and hence the brace. I'm gutted, the picture looks like it is huge and hardly discreet, has anyone had one?

Poor you. Shame it has to be so big, but you can't go wandering around with floppy ligaments!
I have no experience myself, but I'm sure someone else will know.
