Hi

I've just been given this by my rhumy, to take along with my MTX, can anyone tell me what it's like, one of the side effects listed is 'slight weight loss' anyone has this side effect? I'm despirate to lose weight, so here's hoping.

    .....hi pollyb,im on leflunomide and have been for a few years and im afraid ive never lost weight with it.i wish!!!! lol.wudnt it be amazing if it made us better and thinner :D .but to be serious we all react differently to our medication so who knows.

    I take it along with sulfa and prednisolone and whatever slight weight loss might be associated with leflunomide is well and truly counteracted by the prednisolone :shock: :roll:

    Hope it helps with the RA anyway and that's its main function.
