How is this winter affecting everyone? I am having my worst winter ever. The pain is getting completely unbearable now and in joints that have not been affected before. Just wondering if it is the weather or just me getting older....

    Hi Sweeny
Oh I think this weather doesn't help at all!!
The least it does is makes you tense up when you're out there incase you fall over :(
Also if you get cold you tense up too and for me that makes muscles ache as well as verything else.
OLD?? you are not getting old  It's the weather!! :)
    Take care

Hi Sweeney, I have pains in my hands already but the winter has increased it tenfold, I wear gloves all the time and have ordered myself a pair of sheepskin mittens, my feet are like blocks of ice, I am currently wearing 2 pairs of angora rabbit socks, roll on the summer! love Jaspercatxxx

Winter definitely. I've not experienced pain and stiffness like it esp when I'm not wearing enough clothing. The damp is also a killer. I find heat helps a lot so my bills will be high this winter and I'm up the steam room whenever i can. brrr.
