    Decided to buy it from Amazon (£10.89 inc. P&P). It had over 30 very good US reviews and a couple of UK ones.

    Doing the search I found two useful leaflets on the same topics which can be downloaded from the Chester Knee Clinic. They seem worth having a look at for anyone going for, or having had, TKR.
