Hi,
Does anyone with RA go for massages? (not sure if I have spelt that right
) Does it help or is it something that can make it worse?
My feet are so stiff and painful and a friend who does some aromatherapy offered a foot massage, but I thought I'd check to see if anyone has any thoughts on this.
Thanks x

However my feet are just too painful,i dont think i could bare for anyone to massage them,id hate the thought of anyone touching my wee sore toes.
Thanks for your fast reply. Yeah my feet and hands are the worse at the moment, and thats what worries me, if she tries and it hurts and then it gets worse x0 -
Hi
Im with Scottishlass on this one. No way would I let 'em near anything swollen!!! :?
In fact I'm going to a health spa next week and was looking at the treatments this very week coming. I've decided not to pre-book the treatments incase something is wrong by then.
Lastr time I went I booked everything I could afford!!
Ya Boo!!
