I've had a lot of pain in my neck and lower back today and my hands seem to have a life of their own, I keep finding them in the chocolates and biscuits that are left over from Christmas :shock: Serously, though they are a bit unsteady and stiff tonight. I have noticed that cold, damp, weather does seem to make the pain worse. I've also finished the muscle relaxants methocarbinol, maybe thats the reason. Just a moan. Sue

    Hi I seem to have the same trouble with my hands in the chocolate box too, oh well when they have gone that will be it.

    I too seem to suffer more when its cold and damp. Looking forward to a bit of summer this year.
