I am 40 and have been diagnosed with bilateral hip dysplasia and OA. I am waiting for a total hip replacement soon and then surgery to other hip ? what yet.
I am coming to terms with change in lifestyle. slowly, but would value advice re op, benefits, pain management..etc returning to work after..
Don`t want much eh?!!
